Pues bien, esta semana vivimos un cap\u00ed\u00adtulo m\u00e1s de ese continuo examen al que se someten los restauradores espa\u00f1oles, y la gu\u00ed\u00ada roja dio paso a su hom\u00f3loga naranja, la versi\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola y soleada de la francesa.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles se present\u00f3 en el Campus Repsol de Madrid la nueva Gu\u00ed\u00ada Repsol con un viaje virtual por Espa\u00f1a inspirado en los contenidos gastron\u00f3micos y tur\u00ed\u00adsticos incluidos.<\/p>\n<p>En esta nueva edici\u00f3n, la\u00a0<a <a href=\"http:\/www.guiarepsol.com\/es_es\/home\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Gu\u00ed\u00ada Repsol 2013<\/a> se presenta con m\u00e1s oferta multimedia, incorpora nueva aplicaciones para Windows Phone y Windows 8, y versiones actualizadas de las aplicaciones para <em>smartphones<\/em> y <em>tablets<\/em>. Adem\u00e1s, con casi 35 a\u00f1os de historia, la edici\u00f3n impresa consolida el formato m\u00e1s manejable que estren\u00f3 en 2012, compuesta por tres vol\u00famenes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mapas de Carreteras<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Gu\u00ed\u00ada de Rutas con los Mejores Sabores<\/strong>: permite al usuario conocer platos t\u00ed\u00adpicos regionales y sus recetas, fiestas tradicionales vinculadas a ellos y 34 recorridos, dos por comunidad aut\u00f3noma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gu\u00ed\u00ada de Turismo con los Mejores Restaurantes:<\/strong> ofrece informaci\u00f3n detallada de 1.100 destinos y de 2.000 restaurantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Precisamente es esta \u00faltima gu\u00ed\u00ada la que ha despertado m\u00e1s expectaci\u00f3n con un nuevo r\u00e9cord con 408 restaurantes, 25 de ellos con la m\u00e1xima calificaci\u00f3n, 102 con dos soles y 281 con un sol. Entre los m\u00e1ximos galardonados, el madrile\u00f1o\u00a0<em><strong>Zalaca\u00ed\u00adn<\/strong><\/em> recupera su tercer sol de la mano del chef Juan Antonio Medina, y se incorporan en esta categor\u00ed\u00ada \u00ed\u0081ngel Le\u00f3n, de\u00a0<em><strong>Aponiente<\/strong><\/em> (El Puerto de Santa Mar\u00ed\u00ada, C\u00e1diz); Jordi Cruz, de\u00a0<em><strong>Abac<\/strong><\/em> (Barcelona), y Nandu Jubany, de\u00a0<em><strong>Can Jubany<\/strong><\/em> (Calldetenes, Barcelona).<\/p>\n<p>Por comunidades aut\u00f3nomas, el <strong>Pa\u00ed\u00ads Vasco<\/strong> sigue a la cabeza con siete restaurantes con tres soles, mientras que Catalu\u00f1a y Madrid se igualan con seis cada una.<\/p>\n<p>Siguiendo el camino 2.0 iniciado en 2008, la Gu\u00ed\u00ada Repsol ampl\u00ed\u00ada su presencia en las redes sociales, incorpor\u00e1ndose a Instagram, Pinterest, Foursquare, Storify y Google + a las ya existentes: Facebook, Twitter, Flickr y Youtube.\u00a0Adem\u00e1s, mantiene su apuesta por los dispositivos m\u00f3viles, de forma que a las aplicaciones para iPhone, iPad y Nokia Symbian -que ya cuentan con m\u00e1s de 200.000 descargas- se suma el sistema operativo Windows 8, disponible para tabletas y ordenadores.<\/p>\n<p>En la versi\u00f3n digital se ofrece adem\u00e1s <a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fagorprofessional.com\/es\/equipos-cocina\/preparacion-distribucion\/cavas\/vinotecas\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">un espacio reservado al vino<\/a> con cerca de los dos mil caldos mejor valorados por un equipo de expertos, as\u00ed\u00ad como las bodegas m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a1Ya no hay excusas para quedarse en casa!
