{"id":1879,"date":"2013-03-22T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-03-22T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fagorprofessional.com\/blog\/?p=1879"},"modified":"2022-11-23T15:25:45","modified_gmt":"2022-11-23T15:25:45","slug":"chef-millesime-2013-reafirma-mar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fagorprofessional.com\/blog\/es\/chef-millesime-2013-reafirma-mar\/","title":{"rendered":"El Chef Millesime 2013 se reafirma en el mar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/blog.fagorindustrial.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/screen-shot-2013-03-21-at-16.23.45.png\"><img class=\"lazyload\" class=\"\" alt=\"\" width=\"\" height=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tras la gran repercusi\u00f3n de las tres primeras ediciones, esta semana llega la cuarta entrega del premio\u00a0Chef Millesime by Cruzcampo Gran Reserva, un galard\u00f3n que reconoce la labor de los cocineros m\u00e1s relevantes e influyentes de la alta cocina espa\u00f1ola.<\/p>\n<p>Este a\u00f1o los aspirantes al premio eran chefs espa\u00f1oles de lo m\u00e1s consolidado a nivel local: <strong>Nacho<\/strong> <strong>Manzano<\/strong>, del restaurante Casa Marcial; <strong>\u00ed\u0081ngel Le\u00f3n<\/strong>, del Aponiente; <strong>Gorka Txapartegui<\/strong>, del restaurante Alameda; <strong>Jordi Roca,<\/strong> de El Celler de Can Roca; <strong>Ricardo Sanz,<\/strong> del restaurante Kabuki; y <strong>Quique Dacosta,<\/strong> del restaurante que lleva su nombre.<\/p>\n<p>De entre ellos, finalmente el chef premiado ha sido el conocido como \u00abchef del mar\u00bb, el <strong>andaluz \u00ed\u0081ngel Le\u00f3n<\/strong> ,que presentaba su candidatura por la zona de Andaluc\u00ed\u00ada, Extremadura, Ceuta, Melilla y Canarias.<\/p>\n<p>Le\u00f3n, que cuenta en su trayectoria con una estrella Michelin y tres soles Repsol, apuesta por los productos cogidos del mar para obtener una <strong>cocina atrevida<\/strong> y <strong>con base en las nuevas tecnolog\u00ed\u00adas<\/strong>. El chef, formado en <strong>La Taberna del Alabardero de Sevilla<\/strong>, y curtido en los fogones de importantes restaurantes, ha sabido aprovechar las bondades de los descartes de la pesca. Precisamente son esas especies, que los pescadores suelen devolver al mar por su escaso valor en el mercado, con las que Le\u00f3n ha creado sus delicias marinas.<\/p>\n<p>El premio se entreg\u00f3 el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles 20 de marzo en el restaurante sevillano Puerto Delicia de Antonio Bort, en una cena que elaboraron el cocinero ganador, el chef anfitri\u00f3n del Puerto Delicia, y Kisko Garc\u00ed\u00ada, del restaurante Choco de C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n<p>Para cerrar el certamen, los cocineros aspirantes elaborar\u00e1n seis almuerzos, junto a un chef consagrado del pa\u00ed\u00ads, para darse a conocer a instituciones, empresas participantes y prensa local de cada una de sus zonas Asturias, C\u00e1diz, Guip\u00fazcoa, Gerona, Alicante y Madrid.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tras la gran repercusi\u00f3n de las tres primeras ediciones, esta semana llega la cuarta entrega del premio\u00a0Chef Millesime by Cruzcampo Gran Reserva, un galard\u00f3n que reconoce la labor de los cocineros m\u00e1s relevantes e influyentes de la alta cocina espa\u00f1ola.
