En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os el aceite ha revolucionado el sector agrario sobretodo en la zona de Andaluc\u00ed\u00ada donde se producen 108.000 toneladas. \u00e9ste es un producto en constante cambio que se ha ido refinando con el tiempo para entrar de lleno en los rincones gourmet de supermercados y restaurantes. El aceite ecol\u00f3gico, los dise\u00f1os de envases y los aceites con nombres y apellidos son ahora la tendencia en el sector.<\/p>\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta este auge, durante esta semana, del 8 al 15 de julio, se celebra en Espa\u00f1a la Semana del Aceite. Coincidiendo con su inicio, el pasado lunes 8 de julio tuvo lugar en la sede del Ministerio en Madrid el acto oficial de entrega de los premios al mejor aceite de oliva virgen extra 2012-13. En esta edici\u00f3n, el aceite que recibi\u00f3 mayor puntuaci\u00f3n y obtuvo el premio Alimentos de Espa\u00f1a fue el presentado por Finca La Reja, de Bobadilla-Antequera (M\u00e1laga), que consigui\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n el galard\u00f3n al mejor aceite de oliva extra en la modalidad de \u00abProducci\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el martes el cocinero Alberto Moya y el t\u00e9cnico Juan Ram\u00f3n Izquierdo, considerados dos de los m\u00e1s destacados expertos en aceite de oliva virgen extra de Espa\u00f1a, dirigieron una cata especialmente orientada a los restauradores.<\/p>\n<p>Durante toda la semana se realizar\u00e1n acciones promocionales y degustaciones en 100 restaurantes de la Comunidad de Madrid, Zaragoza, Teruel, Toledo y Albacete y en 15 Paradores de Turismo de distintas provincias.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, durante toda la semana se ofrecer\u00e1n a los visitantes de 18 grandes superficies de Madrid, Zaragoza, Teruel, Toledo y Albacete, informaci\u00f3n y degustaciones.
