Today, however, we give some simple calculations that will allow you to calculate the profitability of the premises and the amortisation of the machinery in your industrial laundrette.<\/p>\n<p>We have assumed that we are going to <b>install a laundrette on rented premises measuring 50 m2<\/b>. The premises will require some refurbishment to adapt it to the functions required.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP\/\/\/yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.fagorprofessional.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Autoservicio-129.jpg\" alt=\"lavander\u00eda autoservicio\" \/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fagorprofessional.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Autoservicio-129.jpg\" alt=\"lavander\u00eda autoservicio\" \/><\/noscript><\/p>\n<p><b>1. \u00a0<\/b><b>Refurbishment costs:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This section is perhaps the most variable, and it is difficult to define a figure for this item. It will depend on the condition of the premises leased, the available facilities, connections, insulation\u2026<\/li>\n<li>In our example, we assume <b>costs of:<\/b>\u00a0<b>\u20ac50,00<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0\u00a0Initial costs of machinery:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>2.1\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b><b>Self-service machines from Fagor Professional:<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 LA-10 MA AC washer extractors, each with a load capacity of 11 kg.<\/li>\n<li>4 LA-13 MA AC washer extractors, each with a load capacity of 14 kg.<\/li>\n<li>1 SD-2-11 MP A G dryer stack, with two dryers each with a load capacity of 11 kg.<\/li>\n<li>1 SD-2-16 MP A G dryer stack, with two dryers each with a load capacity of 16 kg.<\/li>\n<li>1 pay centre complete with accessories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Total for self-service machines from Fagor Professional: \u20ac63,100<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>2.2\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b><b>Complementary machinery:<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 water accumulator tank with a capacity of 260 \u00e0\u00b7 300 litres\/hour.\n<ul>\n<li>The accumulator tank should provide hot water for the wash. The rinse will use cold water.<\/li>\n<li>The water requirements per cycle are, for the washing machines:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>LA-10 -&gt; 40 l for washing (hot water) and 60 l for rinsing (cold water).<\/p>\n<p>LA-13 -&gt; 45 l for washing (hot water) and 75 l for rinsing (cold water).<\/p>\n<p>LA-18 -&gt; 60 l for washing (hot water) and 100 l for rinsing (cold water).<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, given the number of machines in our example, the tank must be able to provide:\u00a080 + 180 = 260 litres\/hour.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 vending machine<\/li>\n<li>Complementary benches and accessories<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Total for complementary machinery:<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0 <b> \u20ac9,900<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><b>Total for machinery to be purchased: 63,100 + 9,900 = \u20ac73,000<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Total initial investment: 50,000 + 73,000 = \u20ac123,000<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b><\/b><b>a)\u00a0<\/b><b>Case 1 \u2013 most favourable
