Saber gestionar y administrar correctamente el negocio es muy importante, pero tan importante es la <strong>creaci\u00f3n de la carta, instrumental para cualquier restaurante.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hace unos meses os habl\u00e1bamos del protagonismo que tienen las <strong>t\u00e9cnicas de marketing y el uso de redes sociales <\/strong>en la promoci\u00f3n de los establecimientos de hosteler\u00ed\u00ada. En este post nos vamos a centrar en la carta y c\u00f3mo podemos sacarle el mayor partido como herramienta de marketing de un restaurante.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, os vamos a presentar algunos aspectos a tener en cuenta a la hora de dise\u00f1ar la carta de un restaurante:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Define el objetivo y estrategia<\/strong> para sacar el m\u00e1ximo partido a este soporte comunicativo. Para ello, analiza bien tu target y toda la informaci\u00f3n que puedas recabar sobre sus h\u00e1bitos, intereses, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Planifica tu carta.<\/strong> En este proceso, analiza las cartas que has utilizado con anterioridad, eval\u00faa las cartas que utilizan los restaurantes de la competencia y pide consejo a tus empleados y clientes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Determina las categor\u00ed\u00adas de la carta <\/strong>estableciendo una correcta estructura y presentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>-Presta especial atenci\u00f3n al <strong>dise\u00f1o de men\u00fas y cartas.<\/strong> Es fundamental cuidar la apariencia de estas piezas, mensaje y calidad de la impresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong>El control de los gastos <\/strong>del restaurante, te permitir\u00e1 definir bien el coste de cada plato de la carta.
