El 21 de noviembre se inaugura oficialmente <a <a href=\"http:\/www.sansebastiangastronomika.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">San Sebasti\u00e1n Gastronomika<\/a>, uno de los principales eventos no ya del pa\u00ed\u00ads, sino de toda Europa \u2013no estamos exagerando; echad un vistazo al programa si no nos cre\u00e9is\u2013, donde se van a reunir <strong>algunos de los mayores nombres de la cocina espa\u00f1ola y mundial<\/strong>; y, aunque no creamos este blog con la intenci\u00f3n de echarnos flores, no nos podemos resistir a anunciar que todos ellos contar\u00e1n para la elaboraci\u00f3n de sus exquisiteces con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fagorprofessional.com\/es\/equipos-cocina\/cocinas-industriales\/gama-600\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>equipamiento e instalaciones de Fagor Professional<\/strong><\/a>. Conjuntamente con <em>El Diario Vasco<\/em> y el Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico, emprendimos un nuevo rumbo creando San Sebastian Gastronomika, que ha transformado el congreso en un evento m\u00e1s profesional y de mayor dimensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pero en Espa\u00f1a se celebran muchos actos similares: congresos, ferias, eventos&#8230; \u00bfQu\u00e9 tiene San Sebastian Gastronomika que lo haga diferente? <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un congreso profesional dirigido a los profesionales de la restauraci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, la mayor\u00ed\u00ada de eventos se centran s\u00f3lo en la cocina, mientras que San Sebastian Gastronomika dedica su programa a todos los sectores: la cocina es una parte fundamental con el apartado Alta Gastronomika, donde se citar\u00e1n los mejores cocineros nacionales e internacionales; pero en el congreso paralelo Off Gastronomika se reunir\u00e1n los referentes del mundo de la sala y el vino, la parrilla, el hotel y el turismo gastron\u00f3mico. En definitiva, se trata de un congreso global con una amplia difusi\u00f3n internacional.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00bfCu\u00e1ntos visitantes esper\u00e1is en \u00e9sta edici\u00f3n, y qu\u00e9 se van a encontrar? <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Si nos fijamos en las cifras de la anterior edici\u00f3n, calculamos que pasaran unas 15.000 personas por el Palacio Kursaal durante los tres d\u00ed\u00adas de congreso. Los visitantes se encontrar\u00e1n tres espacios bien diferenciados: la feria donde las grandes marcas del sector expondr\u00e1n sus productos; el Auditorio, donde se celebrar\u00e1n las ponencias de Alta Gastronomika; y la Sala de C\u00e1mara, donde tendr\u00e1 lugar el Off Gastronomika.
