Son <strong>opciones alternativas y representan todo un estilo de vida<\/strong>, aunque los m\u00e1s recelosos afirman que solo se trata de modas pasajeras. Quieren ser due\u00f1os de su salud, por lo que cuanta m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre ingredientes y al\u00e9rgenos aparezca en las etiquetas de los productos y en las cartas de los restaurantes, mejor. Adem\u00e1s, la elecci\u00f3n de no tomar ciertos alimentos, no es solamente es una cuesti\u00f3n de salud para ellos, sino de <strong>consciencia medioambiental<\/strong>. Los millennials son unos <em>foodies<\/em> responsables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Etiquetas bio y comercio justo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El fuerte esp\u00ed\u00adritu \u00e9tico de esta generaci\u00f3n no solamente incumbe el momento de la comida, sino todo el <strong>proceso de producci\u00f3n de las materias primas<\/strong>. Desde los agricultores hasta los distribuidores, los millennials quieren <strong>que se produzca de forma responsable<\/strong>, respetando los derechos de los trabajadores, con el menor impacto posible para el planeta y obteniendo un producto saludable, todo ello <strong>certificado por las etiquetas bio y de comercio justo<\/strong>, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comida <em>instagrameable<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esta generaci\u00f3n de gourmets quiere comer de forma saludable, s\u00ed\u00ad, pero no sin olvidar la est\u00e9tica de los platos. <strong>Disfrutan de la creatividad en la cocina<\/strong> y su <strong>hiper conectividad y fuerte <a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fagorprofessional.com\/blog\/es\/redes-sociales-opiniones-usuarios-hoteles-restaurantes\/\" target=\"_blank\">presencia en las redes sociales<\/a><\/strong> ha hecho que uno de los aspectos de su vida que m\u00e1s compartan sea lo que comen.
