Vincenzo Corrado escribi\u00f3 un tratado en el que relataba los h\u00e1bitos gastron\u00f3micos de N\u00e1poles, mencionando la costumbre de los habitantes de la ciudad de condimentar el pan y la pasta con tomate natural. Caracter\u00edstica por su fina y tierna masa, con bordes altos, acompa\u00f1ada de tomate, mozzarella y albahaca.<\/p>\n<p>La elaboraci\u00f3n de una buena masa de pizza casera es la clave para que esta receta salga de rechupete.
