Organized by Fagor Professional in collaboration with the Basque Culinary Center, this fully sponsored session will focus on low-temperature cooking, one of the most innovative and in-demand techniques in modern gastronomy.

The training will be led by guest chef Matteo Palmisano and will follow the established Fagor Learn Culinary format.
