Plain Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250g strong flour
  • 750g bread flour
  • 18g salt
  • 40g yeast
  • 8g flour improver
  • 600ml water

Preparation:

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water.

Pour the sifted flour, almost all the water, the yeast mixture, and salt into the kneading machine.

 Knead for 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. Add the remaining water if necessary.

Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, then divide it into portions and shape as desired.

Place the bread on a tray and select: Additional Functions – Proving – Bakery – Plain Bread – With oven – Short baking time – Medium browning.

Bake and enjoy.
