Ingredients
- 400g pork ribs
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 bay leaves
- 100ml soy sauce
- 100ml mirin
- 5g salt
- 5g black pepper
- 1 spring onion
- 2 pineapple slices

For the pork:
- Clean the pork ribs, slice the white part of the spring onion into julienne strips, and thinly slice the garlic.
