Ingredients
For the chicken wings:
- 800g of chicken wings
- 80g of honey
- 100g of mustard
- 5g of Worcestershire sauce (Lea and Perrins)
- 3g of salt

Preparing the marinade:
Combine the honey, mustard and Worcestershire sauce (Lea and Perrins) evenly. Set aside.
Preparing the wings:
- Clean the chicken wings.
- Place the honey and mustard sauce in an empty bag along with the wings.
- Seal the bag.
- Select Vacuum cooking from the additional functions on the iKORE oven, selecting the “Chicken breast” option.
- If you want to brown the wings once the vacuum cooking has finished, simply place them on a granite tray and select the function “Regeneration-Final browning-Fine-Short-Medium” on the iKORE oven.
