What ingredients do we need to make this lamb burger and yoghurt sauce recipe?

  • 300 g of lamb mince
  • 3g of Ras el Hanout
  • 2g of cinnamon
  • 1 pear
  • 20g of butter
  • 5g of salt
  • 20g of tomato
  • 30g of mixed lettuce leaves
  • 1 hamburger bun

 

Para la salsa de yogur:

  • 50 g of natural yoghurt
  • 5g g of fresh mint
  • 2g of parsley
  • 2g of coriander

Follow these steps to impress your guests:

  1. For the pear: Peal and chop the pear into small chunks, then caramelise it in a frying pan with butter. The pear needs to be exactly ripe for this to work. Leave to cool.
  2. For the burgers: Combine the mince, spices, pear and salt. Divide the mixture into two burgers and set them on a grill tray, manually selecting Convection 180ºC – 50% – Fan 3 – 20 minutes.
  3.  For the sauce: Finely chop the aromatic herbs and mix them into the yoghurt. Set aside.
