The Kore 900 commercial chips scuttle is a fundamental complement to the fryers for heating and maintaining the temperature of the fried foods while preserving their properties and draining excess oil and grease.

Operation
It has an infrared lamp located at the back, operated by an ON / OFF switch.
It is equipped with a removable perforated filter, made of stainless steel, designed to remove excess grease.

Cleaning
Easy-to-clean vat integrated into the worktop with rounded edges. The filter for the removal of excess grease is removable and washable in the dishwasher, making it easy to clean. In addition, it has IPX5 protection of the controls against infiltration of the water.
