Yumuşak döngü (standart) - 240º
Bu döngü yiyecekleri çok homojen bir şekilde dondurur, bu da ani sıcaklık sıçramalarına maruz kalmaması gereken veya farklı malzemelerle yapılan yemekler için idealdir.
Sert döngü (yoğun) - 240º
Yarı pişmiş ürünleri veya yarı hazırlanmış yemekleri dondurmak için ideal bir döngüdür, çiğ yiyecekler için de uygundur.
