Fagor Industrial has equipped the new clinic of the prestigious plastic surgeon Iván Mañero

Oñati, Guipúzcoa, 10 February 2014. - Fagor Industrial, the leading Spanish company in comprehensive solutions for the hotel, catering and laundry sector has equipped the recently opened clinic of the prestigious plastic surgeon Dr. Iván Mañero.

Located in Sant Cugat (Barcelona), IM CLINIC represents a totally revolutionary health concept that has emerged as the result of a trade-off between two essential factors to obtain excellence: the well-being and comfort of the patients, and a gamble on the most innovative and solvent technology in the plastic surgery field.

The clinic will be fully operational in February and has two three floor buildings with a workforce of 80 professionals. The operating theatres, surgeries and 17 rooms (4 suites and 13 rooms measuring over 30 square metres) are in the main building. This building also has a gym, the administration area and the headquarters of the Dr. Iván Mañero Foundation. The IM Beauty Medical, the Dental Aesthetics Unit, the Hair Unit and the Active Longevity Unit that coexists with Antiaging are in the second building.

The kitchen equipped by Fagor Industrial is made up of four different areas integrated in the same space, that form a functional and high quality kitchen, in keeping with the innovative facilities of the centre. The hot area is made up of a cooking block from the 900 range, an ADVANCE state-of-the-art oven, a chrome griddle, a bain marie and an extraction hood, equipped with a fire extinguishing system. The cold area is equipped with refrigerated tables from the CONCEPT range, situated underneath the worktops; and the washing area has a pass-through dishwasher and a closed crockery cupboard, that keeps the crockery clean. Finally, the kitchen has a work area made up of monoblock tables, sinks, a baseboard to prevent dirt from building up and storage shelves that optimise the space.

In addition to the kitchen, Fagor Industrial has also equipped the warehouse and the cold storage room, with its corresponding refrigerated unit from the Kide brand; and the café and restaurant area, that share the same open and versatile area adapted to the needs of the customers, with refrigerated bottle racks integrated underneath the white Silestone worktop.

IM CLINIC is committed to the excellence worthy of a 5 star facility, and that is why together with Fagor Industrial they have equipped the whole restaurant area so that the patients, relatives and staff can taste signature haute cuisine which is healthy at the same time. The result is a new clinic concept, which has a capacity for 17 admitted patients and over 200 that come to the centre every day for different treatments, offering them the greatest comfort during their stay.
