Paco Roncero Joins the Jury of World’s Creative Chef: the International Competition driven by Fagor Professional Food Service

Spanish chef Paco Roncero, one of the most influential and innovative figures in international haute cuisine, has joined the jury panel of World’s Creative Chef.

The competition, organized by Fagor Professional, aims to discover the world’s most creative professional chef.

With a career defined by excellence, research, and culinary innovation, Paco Roncero has established himself as one of the leading figures in contemporary gastronomy. Executive chef and director of Paco Roncero Restaurante, awarded two MICHELIN stars, his cuisine stands out for its combination of technique, creativity, and sensory experience.

Throughout his career, he has led international projects, developed innovative concepts, and actively contributed to the evolution of signature cuisine on a global scale.

His addition to the jury represents a major endorsement for World’s Creative Chef, an international competition exclusively aimed at professional chefs, created to recognize talent, innovation, and creative ability within the gastronomic sector.

The competition brings together some of the most prominent names in international cuisine in a panel made up of leading figures from different countries and culinary styles.

Alongside Paco Roncero, the jury includes Najat Kaanache, the internationally acclaimed Moroccan chef known for her multicultural and creative vision; Clare Smyth, one of the United Kingdom’s most prestigious chefs, the only one with 3 MICHELIN stars; and Diego Guerrero, a leading figure in avant-garde Spanish cuisine.

World’s Creative Chef will not only reward culinary creativity, but also the ability to transform ideas into unique gastronomic experiences.

The competition will feature three main awards offering international recognition, visibility within the industry, and significant prize money to reward the winners’ creative talent.

Applications will remain open until June 1, and the grand final will take place on November 16 in Madrid, where finalists will present their proposals live before the international jury.
