Fagor Industrial celebrates 10th anniversary of presence in North America with participation in NAFEM

Oñati, Guipúzcoa, 4 February 2013-. Fagor Industrial, a Spanish firm leader in integral solutions for the hotel and catering and laundry industries, has completed 10 years of activity in North America, a date which coincides with its presence at the NAFEM Show in Orlando (Florida), the most relevant and prestigious event in the sector in the United States.

For the fifth time running, the branch of Fagor Industrial in the United States, Fagor Commercial, will be at the NAFEM from 7 to 9 February. The event will provide an opportunity to present the new ADVANCE line of Combi Ovens and chill blasters to the North American market. These products will feature in the 2013 catalogue, thus extending Fagor's products on offer and continuing with their philosophy of innovation and diversification. Moreover, at their 140 m2 stand, Fagor Commercial will have a VIP area reserved for consultants and distributors from all over the world, with the opportunity to try the "Fagor Cooking Experience". The culinary demonstrations, at the hands of corporate chef Oier Biritxinaga, will give visitors a chance to taste nouvelle cuisine in the traditional 'tapa' format.

Fagor Industrial's participation at the NAFEM this year is of particular significance for the company as it coincides with their tenth anniversary in North America. Since their arrival in the United States, Fagor Commercial has concentrated their efforts on creating specific product lines to satisfy the needs of a professional and experienced market, in which they now appear as a consolidated supplier of dishwasher and refrigeration appliances. Furthermore, their range of washing machines has been widely accepted in the country, adapting very well to the self-service sector.

NAFEM (the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers) is a North American association consisting of more than 550 professionals dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of products for the preparation, cooking and storage of food. In existence for over more than 60 years, NAFEM has become established as the world leading institution for the industry, and the trade show which takes its name, has become the most relevant and prestigious international event in its class. The biennial exhibition brings together the widest range of suppliers of catering equipment with more than 500 exhibitors in 70,000 m2 displaying the latest trends and advances in the sector.
