What is a refrigerated counter?

A refrigerated counter for the hospitality industry is a piece of equipment with a double function, a refrigerator and a work table. They can be divided into two types, those that refrigerate and those that freeze, and they are usually made of stainless steel to maximise hygiene and cleanliness.

This dual function, that of refrigerating or freezing food and that of being able to work on them, saves a great deal of space in hospitality kitchens, as well as increasing productivity by eliminating unnecessary movements.

Gastronorm-700 Series

ADVANCE counters, available in 700 mm depth and for Gastronorm size containers, have been designed to offer a more efficient, cost-effective and sustainable product that improves daily working conditions.

Broadly speaking, it is made of stainless steel with injected polyurethane insulation. It has a HACCP system that records the operating history and electronic and digital control of temperature and defrosting.

In the safety area, when the condenser is dirty or a fault occurs, the compressor is cut out. An alarm will sound if there is a prolonged opening of the door, and there are also audible alarms linked to three strategically placed probes.

The refrigerated counter has an automatic closing and locking mechanism for the doors, which helps to increase the convenience of loading and unloading the unit. The integrated drainage system allows the evacuation of any waste water that may accumulate inside the unit.

Snack-600 Series

Our CONCEPT range with 600 mm depth and Snack dimensions offers a wide range of refrigerated counters that adapt to small spaces, with a robust, ergonomic, functional and easy-to-clean product.

This series is also made of stainless steel with injected polyurethane insulation. It has an automatic closing and locking mechanism for the doors, which helps to increase the convenience of loading and unloading the unit. The integrated drainage system allows any waste water that may accumulate inside the unit to be drained away.

Pastry-800 Series

Pastry counters complete our offer with units specially designed for this sector. They are available in 800 mm depth and with similar features to the previous ones.
