Fagor Industrial renews showroom and demonstration room display at headquarters

Oñati, Guipúzcoa, 14 March 2013-. Fagor Industrial, a leading Spanish company in integral solutions for the hotel and catering and laundry industries, has renewed their interactive space consisting of a showroom and demonstrations room, to incorporate new features from their product catalogue.

Since its opening in June 2011, the factory showroom in Garibay (Oñati) has contained an exhibition of more than 620 square metres of the company´s leading products. Since then, Fagor Industrial´s ranges and product lines have evolved in terms of features and aesthetics, requiring the remodelling of the space, in which visitors will now be able to find out in situ about all the new features.

The laundry zone has been fitted with equipment in order to offer product training courses and to demonstrate the working of the machines on show. Two washer-dryer units have been installed in the dynamic demonstrations zone, with a capacity of 13 kg for use in comparative time, process and consumption tests. The exhibition zone has a new high speed washing machine (LA-120 MP) with a pneumatic tilting system, a high-speed spin washing machine (LR-13 M E), three dryers from the GREEN EVOLUTION (SR/E-32 MP, SR/E-23 MP INOX and SR/E-10 A INOX) series and a new dry-ironer with a stainless steel unit.

 

In addition, in the hotel and catering zone, five of the new ADVANCE ovens are on display, reflecting the three ranges of performance for these ovens in the five available sizes: APE-202, AE-201, APE-102, ACE-101 and AE-061; the last two are mounted in column form, to form a superimposed oven kit. In addition, there is a cooking block from the new 900 Plus range, with a two zone induction cooker (CI-920 PLUS), a hard chrome plain-striped fry-top (FTG9-10 PLUS C L+R) and a fried-food holder (MF9-05 PLUS). Next to this block is the CG9-41 PLUS cooker and opposite this two of the newest and most modern machines have been installed with the new features of the 900 PLUS version: a tilting bratt pan with a stainless steel vat (SBG9-10 PLUS I) and a bain marie cooking pot with automatic control (MG9-10 BM PLUS).

 

As regards the cold zone, benches and cabinets have been installed from the Concept Line, with a modified design and aesthetics. The new units include a four-door Snack refrigeration cabinet, with a freezer compartment (AFP-1404 C); a fish cabinet (AP-701); a Gastronorm fridge (AFP-801); a pizza preparation bench, with a granite worktop and cold display cabinet for ingredients (MPZ-150); a salad bench (MEP-135); a Gastronorm bench (MFP-135 PC) and a counter (FMP-150 PC).

 

Lastly, the auditorium cooking equipment has been renewed, replacing the two Visual Plus VPE-101 ovens with two new APE-101 ovens from the ADVANCE PLUS range, complemented with elements designed for the banquet service system: a CP-101 carrier trolley, an EB-101 tray-holder structure, an EP-101 plate-holder structure and an LT-101 thermal canvas.
